Payment MethodsKanuyak accepts the following payment methods to our parent company, The Design Department, through PayPal shopping cart and by mail (as noted):
Make checks and money orders payable to The Design Department and mail to: The Design Department *Orders paid for by personal checks will be held for 14 business days or until the check is cleared by your bank. After the Money Order or Personal Check have been received and processed your merchandise will be shipped. Orders will be cancelled after 14 business days if we have not received the Money Order or Check related to that order. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 Returned Check Charge. Payment for Custom Designed ItemsAll custom made, or special order items require 100% advance payment. See payment methods for payment types and details. Return PolicySatisfaction Guarantee - If for any reason you do not like your decals once you've received them you may return them in their original condition for a full refund. We have a thirty (30) day return policy on all of our items.

Custom Designs or Special Order Items - There is no return on custom designs, or special order items. All sales are final. Shipping, Delivery & Shipping DisclaimerAll available items are usually shipped within two to three business days (does not include time to process order or processing of personal checks). U.S. delivery dates are our best estimates and are not guaranteed. Please allow additional time for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or rural locations. For custom orders please allow 3 to 4 weeks delivery. Due to the custom nature of the product and order volume, delivery times could be extended. We will be glad to notify you of an approximate delivery date when the order is received. • Kanuyak and it's parent company,The Design Department, will determine the shipping carrier.
